Electrical Supervisor

Artisan Recruit are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team on a new build school project. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in supervising electrical sub-contractors on commercial construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate gangs of electrical sub-contractors
• Conduct site inductions and deliver toolbox talks
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site safety procedures and project timelines
• Liaise effectively with site workers, management, and the client
• Monitor quality and progress, reporting to project management as required

Requirements:

• SSSTS certificate (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within electrical installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and sub-contractors to meet deadlines
• Competent in maintaining site records and reporting
